Eggless Kaju Katli Cookies

- 70 g Refined Flour
- 40 g Cashew Powder
- 35 g Salted Butter (chilled, cubed)
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 50-60 g Condensed Milk
- Silver Varak (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F)
- Grind cashews into a fine powder.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, cashew powder, and cardamom powder.
- Add cold cubed butter and rub until the mixture resembles sand.
- Gradually add condensed milk, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out dough between two mats or parchment papers to the desired thickness.
- Cut into desired shapes using a knife or a cookie cutter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool until warm.
- Garnish with silver varak for a luxurious look.
