- Once you fill the cookie moulds, top with finely chopped strawberry pieces or a few chocolate chunks if you prefer. Chopped almonds can also be added for that extra crunch.
- Take them out of the oven when the edges are golden brown but while the centre is still soft.
- I know it takes a lot of patience but allow the cookies to cool completely before you demould.
- There’s nothing like savouring these cookies with tea or coffee.
Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies
A real way to brighten your day, these cookies were the quickest to become the most popular on my feed.
Ingredients
- 85 g Melted butter
- 30 g Brown sugar
- 70 g Castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 150 g Refined flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 15-20 ml Milk
- 1/4 cup Chopped white chocolate
- 1/4 cup Fresh strawberry pieces

- In a bowl, add the melted butter, brown sugar, castor sugar, and vanilla and whisk well.
- Now, add in the refined flour and baking soda and mix well.
- Add the milk little by little to combine into a cookie dough.
- Next, fold in the chopped white chocolate and strawberry pieces and mix well.
- Scoop out equal portions of the cookie dough onto a baking tray lined with silicon mat or parchment paper.
- Top with some more chocolate chunks and strawberry pieces.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 14 to 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
