Old school Eggless Cola Cake

Ingredients
- Butter – 113 grams (1⁄2 cup)
- Condensed milk – 200 grams (2/3 cup)
- Castor sugar – 15 grams (1 tbsp)
- Cocoa powder – 20 grams (1⁄4 cup)
- Refined flour – 140 grams (1 cup)
- Baking powder – 3⁄4 tsp
- Baking soda – 1⁄4 tsp
- Coca-Cola (or any other aerated drink of your choice!) – 150-200 ml, as needed
- Pan size – 6 inch
- Baking temperature- 170°C
- Baking time – 30-35 mins
Instructions
- I began by beating together butter with condensed milk and a little sugar.
- Next, I added flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and finally added enough cola to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Finally, I transferred the batter to a pan and beat it till a skewer came out clear.
- I dusted the cake with some icing sugar and yes, it turned out as good as I remembered it. You have to try this cake out and tell me what.
