Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

Recipe- Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

  • Ingredients
  • 20 g Butter
  • 35 g Castor Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla
  • 18 g Refined Flour
  • 3 g Cocoa Powder
  • 40 g Instant Oats
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • 15 g Milk
  • 25 g Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together butter and sugar and add vanilla extract.
  2. Add oats, refined flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda and mix everything together.
  3. Add milk and adjust the quantity to form a smooth dough.
  4. Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
  5. Roll the cookies into 25 g each and chill for 5–10 minutes.
  6. Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Once the cookies are cooled, dip half of the cookie in melted dark chocolate (optional).
