Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies
Crunchy, chocolatey cookies loaded with oats and chocolate chips — a perfect bite-sized treat for any time of day.
Recipe- Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies
- Ingredients
- 20 g Butter
- 35 g Castor Sugar
- ¼ tsp Vanilla
- 18 g Refined Flour
- 3 g Cocoa Powder
- 40 g Instant Oats
- 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
- 15 g Milk
- 25 g Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together butter and sugar and add vanilla extract.
- Add oats, refined flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda and mix everything together.
- Add milk and adjust the quantity to form a smooth dough.
- Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
- Roll the cookies into 25 g each and chill for 5–10 minutes.
- Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.
- Once the cookies are cooled, dip half of the cookie in melted dark chocolate (optional).
