Nutella Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- Salted butter – 25 grams
- Castor sugar – 30 grams
- Vanilla essence – 1⁄4 tsp
- Nutella – 50 grams
- Refined flour – 105 grams
- Baking soda – 1/8 tsp
- Milk – 10-20 ml
- Chopped Hazelnuts – 20 grams
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together butter and castor sugar.
- Add vanilla essence and Nutella and mix it well.
- Add the flour and baking soda.
- Add milk accordingly to form a smooth dough.
- Roll the cookies into 25 grams each and add a big piece of chocolate in center (for melting effect) and chill for 5-10 minutes.
- Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
- Once the cookies are chilled, drizzle some Nutella on top and add some chopped hazelnuts.
