So, I blended frozen mango and some frozen bananas with a good splash of creamy coconut milk, adding a hint of pineapple for that perfect colada vibe. As I blended, the colour alone—a gorgeous golden hue—told me how special this was going to be. The trick is to blend it well until you reach a thick smoothie-like consistency. I usually keep it thicker so the smoothie can hold the toppings–but you can add more milk to make it thin if you like. Eggless Mango Colada Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple chunks
- 3/4 – 1 cup Coconut milk
Instructions
- In a blender jar, add the frozen bananas, frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks and the coconut milk
- Blend well till it forms a thick smoothie.
- Pour out the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with toppings like chopped papaya, kiwi, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds.
- Serve chilled.
