Kitkat Cookies
Soft, chewy cookies packed with chunks of KitKat and dark chocolate—perfectly crisp on the edges and gooey in the center. A must-try treat for all chocolate lovers!

Ingredients
- 75 grams Butter
- 50 grams Castor Sugar
- 50 grams Brown Sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla
- 140 grams Flour
- 1⁄2 tsp Baking Powder (BP)
- 1⁄4 tsp Baking Soda (BS)
- 45 ml Milk
- 80 grams KitKat (chopped)
- 65 grams Dark Callets
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine butter and both sugars and whisk together. Add vanilla and mix well.
- Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add milk to form a smooth dough.
- Fold chopped KitKat and dark callets into the dough.
- Roll the cookies into 50 grams each and chill for 15 minutes.
- Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
