Kaju Katli Cookies
Buttery, nutty cookies inspired by the classic Indian sweet kaju katli, with a delicate crunch and a luxurious silver varak finish.

Ingredients
- 70 g Refined Flour
- 40 g Cashew Powder
- 35 g Salted Butter (cubed)
- ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 50–60 g Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Silver Varak (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Grind cashews into a fine powder.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, cashew powder, and cardamom powder.
- Add cold cubed butter and rub until mixture resembles sand.
- Gradually add condensed milk, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out dough between two mats or parchment papers to desired thickness.
- Cut into desired shapes using a knife or a cookie cutter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool until warm.
- Garnish with silver varak for a luxurious look.
