Hazelnut Nutella Loaf Cake
A rich and moist hazelnut Nutella loaf cake swirled with creamy Nutella and topped with crunchy roasted hazelnuts—pure indulgence in every slice.

Ingredients
- 180 grams Yogurt
- 150 grams Castor Sugar
- 120 ml Oil
- 140 grams Refined Flour
- 35 grams Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- 80 ml Milk
- ¼ cup Roasted Hazelnuts
- 100 grams Nutella (50g inside batter + 50g on top)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- In a big bowl, whisk together yogurt, castor sugar, and oil.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and milk to combine a smooth batter.
- Fold in some Nutella and chopped roasted hazelnuts.
- Transfer the batter into a greased lined pan and top with more Nutella swirls and chopped hazelnuts.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
