Fresh Mango Jam
A simple and quick three-ingredient jam made with ripe mangoes, sugar, and lemon juice — perfect on toast, cakes, or tarts!
Recipe – Fresh Mango Jam
Ingredients
- Mango diced – 3 cups
- Sugar – 50 grams
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Instructions
- Place freshly chopped mango cubes along with sugar and lemon juice in a pan.
- Cook the mangoes while stirring continuously and smashing them as they soften.
- Initially, the mangoes will release a lot of water, but continue stirring until it thickens.
- Test if the jam is ready by placing a spoonful on a plate; if it doesn’t slide down immediately, the jam is ready.
- Allow the jam to cool, then transfer it to a sterilized glass jar and keep it refrigerated.
- Enjoy the jam over toast, cakes, tarts, or anything else you like.
