Espresso Bean Cookies

Ingredients
- Flour- 70 grams
- Butter- 60 grams
- Cocoa powder- 12 grams
- Icing sugar- 30 grams
- Water- 20 grams
- Coffee powder- 4 grams
Instructions
- In a bowl mix warm water and coffee powder and keep it aside.
- In another bowl cream together butter and icing sugar
- Add flour and cocoa powder
- Then add the Coffee decoction and fold everything to form a smooth dough.
- Measure small balls of dough and shape it like a coffee bean as shown in the video.
- Use a skewer to make an indent in the center of the dough.
- Bake at 160 degrees for 8 minutes
