The 3-Day Workshop Experience

This workshop is designed to take you from creating products → building a cohesive hamper → understanding how to actually sell it.

Day 1 & 2 – Recipes, Product Selection & Hamper Building

We begin with hands-on recipe learning through detailed live demonstrations.

Along the way, you’ll also understand how to think beyond individual recipes and start building a well-balanced hamper.

Across these two days, we’ll cover:

  • Step-by-step recipes with techniques and ingredient understanding
  • Troubleshooting and consistency tips
  • Storage, shelf life, and batch planning
  • Product selection and flavour balance
  • How to combine different elements into a cohesive hamper
  • Creating multiple hamper variations using the same base products

By the end of Day 2, you won’t just have recipes—you’ll have a complete hamper framework.


Day 3 – The Business of Festive Hampers – From Recipes to Revenue!

Most bakers know how to make good products.
Very few know how to sell them.

Day 3 is where everything comes together.

This module is designed to help you move beyond recipes and help you understand what actually drives festive sales—so you’re not just creating hampers, but building something people are excited to buy.

We’ll break down how to think about your products from a customer’s perspective, how to position them in the market, and how to confidently present and sell your hampers.

We’ll cover:

  • Building brand perception (even if you’re just starting out)
  • How to communicate your products to customers clearly and confidently
  • What to post, when to post, and how to build anticipation before launch
  • Creating content that actually leads to enquiries and orders
  • Planning production for festive and bulk orders
  • Structuring your offerings for different budgets and customer segments
