Q. Are any fancy or difficult-to-source ingredients used?
No. We’ve intentionally tried to keep the recipes approachable and practical. Wherever we do use a specialty ingredient, we also discuss substitutes, alternate options and practical replacements wherever possible.

Q. Are these brownies completely sugar-free?
Yes. The recipes are designed using monk fruit sweetener and do not use refined sugar, jaggery, honey, dates or coconut sugar in the base versions.

You will also learn how to adapt these recipes using regular sugar or unrefined sugars like jaggery and coconut sugar if preferred.

Q. Are the brownies diabetic-friendly?
They are designed to be more diabetic-conscious and lower glycemic compared to traditional brownies. However, individual dietary requirements may vary.
