Coffee Cinnamon Pudding

About the Recipe
This pudding brings together the warmth of cinnamon and the bold flavor of coffee in a smooth, luscious dessert. It’s the perfect balance of cozy and elegant — easy enough for a weeknight treat yet impressive enough for festive gatherings.
Ingredients
Milk – 1.5 cups (360 ml)
Sugar – 1/4 cup (50 g)
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
Cocoa powder – 2 tsp
Cornflour – 3 tbsp
Brewed coffee/espresso – 100 ml
Walnuts or almonds, roasted & chopped – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Brew the espresso using your favourite coffee capsule.
- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and whisk well to ensure no lumps form.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring in intervals.
- Add the chopped walnuts or almonds and stir.
- Switch off the flame and divide the pudding into serving bowls.
- Refrigerate for 45 minutes. Once set, garnish with whipped cream, berries, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Enjoy!

Serving suggestion – Top with whipped cream, cocoa dust, or chocolate curls for a café-style finish.
