Dessicated coconut – 90 grams
Condensed milk – 100 grams
Flour – 35 grams
Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
Milk – 90–100 ml
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix condensed milk and dessicated coconut.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Add milk as needed to form a soft dough.
- Pipe the cookies on a silicon mat.
- Bake at 170°C for 8–10 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
