A quick blend of frozen bananas and mangoes transforms into a dreamy, velvety ice cream — no sugar, no guilt, and no ice cream maker needed! It’s the kind of treat that feels indulgent but is actually packed with goodness — ideal for summer cravings or post-meal dessert fixes.

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 2 pieces
  • Mangoes – 2 pieces
  • Milk – 3–4 teaspoons (adjust for desired creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Slice up the bananas and spread them in a single layer on a baking tray.
  2. Repeat the same for the mangoes.
  3. Freeze the trays for a minimum of 3 hours.
  4. Once the fruits are completely frozen, transfer them to a mixer grinder, along with 1–2 tablespoons of milk as needed, and churn till smooth.
  5. Your healthy mango ice cream is now ready to serve.

Notes

Serving suggestion – Top with chopped nuts, toasted coconut, or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor.
