Ingredients

  • 200 g Heavy Cream
  • 50 g Icing Sugar
  • 100 g Melted White Chocolate
  • 50 g Coconut Milk Powder
  • 100 g Tender Coconut Pieces

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream, icing sugar, melted white chocolate, and coconut milk powder.
  2. Whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Chop tender coconut pieces and fold into the mousse.
  4. Set into glasses or individual serving cups.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Garnish with berries and serve chilled.
