Ingredients
- 200 g Heavy Cream
- 50 g Icing Sugar
- 100 g Melted White Chocolate
- 50 g Coconut Milk Powder
- 100 g Tender Coconut Pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream, icing sugar, melted white chocolate, and coconut milk powder.
- Whip until soft peaks form.
- Chop tender coconut pieces and fold into the mousse.
- Set into glasses or individual serving cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with berries and serve chilled.
