Orange Gulab Jamun Posset

Recipe- Orange Gulab Jamun Posset

Ingredients

  • 400 ml 30% fat Amul Cream
  • 70 grams Castor Sugar
  • 60 ml Orange juice
  • Zest of 1 Orange (1 tbsp)
  • ½ tsp Corn Flour
  • 6 tbsp Mini Gulab Jamun

Instructions

  1. Cut oranges into halves and scoop out pulp to make cups.
  2. In a pan, combine cream, sugar, orange juice, zest, and corn flour.
  3. Mix and bring to a boil.
  4. Cook for 1 minute, until mixture thickens.
  5. Place a mini gulab jamun in each orange cup.
  6. Pour prepared mixture over gulab jamun.
  7. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours to set.
  8. Garnish with pistachio powder and serve chilled.
