Orange Gulab Jamun Posset
A zesty and creamy dessert combining orange-flavored posset with mini gulab jamuns, served in fresh orange cups. Refreshing, indulgent, and perfect chilled.
Recipe- Orange Gulab Jamun Posset
Ingredients
- 400 ml 30% fat Amul Cream
- 70 grams Castor Sugar
- 60 ml Orange juice
- Zest of 1 Orange (1 tbsp)
- ½ tsp Corn Flour
- 6 tbsp Mini Gulab Jamun
Instructions
- Cut oranges into halves and scoop out pulp to make cups.
- In a pan, combine cream, sugar, orange juice, zest, and corn flour.
- Mix and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 1 minute, until mixture thickens.
- Place a mini gulab jamun in each orange cup.
- Pour prepared mixture over gulab jamun.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours to set.
- Garnish with pistachio powder and serve chilled.
