Recipe- Kitkat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 75 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Castor Sugar
  • 50 grams Brown Sugar
  • 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla
  • 140 grams Flour
  • 1⁄2 tsp Baking Powder (BP)
  • 1⁄4 tsp Baking Soda (BS)
  • 45 ml Milk
  • 80 grams KitKat (chopped)
  • 65 grams Dark Callets

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine butter and both sugars and whisk together. Add vanilla and mix well.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add milk to form a smooth dough.
  4. Fold chopped KitKat and dark callets into the dough.
  5. Roll the cookies into 50 grams each and chill for 15 minutes.
  6. Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
