Recipe-Instant Thandai Masala Powder
Ingredients
- Almonds – 50 grams
- Cashews – 50 grams
- Pistachios – 30 grams
- Whole Peppercorns – 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Poppy Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Melon Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cardamom Pods – 10-12
- Edible Rose Petals – 1 tbsp
- Saffron – few strands
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a spice grinder or a mixer.
- Grind till you have a fine powder.
- Transfer to an airtight container.
- To make thandai milk, add 2-3 heaping tbsp of powder to a cup of warm milk and sweetener of choice.
- Serve warm or refrigerate and serve chilled.
