Ingredients

  • 180 grams Yogurt
  • 150 grams Castor Sugar
  • 120 ml Oil
  • 140 grams Refined Flour
  • 35 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • 80 ml Milk
  • ¼ cup Roasted Hazelnuts
  • 100 grams Nutella (50g inside batter + 50g on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. In a big bowl, whisk together yogurt, castor sugar, and oil.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and milk to combine a smooth batter.
  4. Fold in some Nutella and chopped roasted hazelnuts.
  5. Transfer the batter into a greased lined pan and top with more Nutella swirls and chopped hazelnuts.
