Gluten Free Chocolate & Oats Cake
A quick and indulgent chocolate oats cake made in a blender—rich, fudgy, and loaded with chocolate chips for that perfect bite.

Ingredients
- 120 grams Instant Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 40 grams Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Coffee
- 3 tbsp Castor Sugar
- 240 ml Milk
- Chocolate Chips (as needed)
- Chocolate Chunks (as needed)
Instructions
- Blend everything together in a mixer blender.
- Add oats, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, instant coffee, baking powder, and milk.
- Transfer the batter to the pan and top it up with some chocolate chunks and chocolate chips.
- Bake at 180°C until done
