Ingredients

  • 120 grams Instant Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 40 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Coffee
  • 3 tbsp Castor Sugar
  • 240 ml Milk
  • Chocolate Chips (as needed)
  • Chocolate Chunks (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together in a mixer blender.
  2. Add oats, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, instant coffee, baking powder, and milk.
  3. Transfer the batter to the pan and top it up with some chocolate chunks and chocolate chips.
  4. Bake at 180°C until done
