Recipe- Espresso Bean Cookies

Ingredients

  • Flour- 70 grams
  • Butter- 60 grams
  • Cocoa powder- 12 grams
  • Icing sugar- 30 grams
  • Water- 20 grams
  • Coffee powder- 4 grams

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix warm water and coffee powder and keep it aside.
  2. In another bowl cream together butter and icing sugar
  3. Add flour and cocoa powder
  4. Then add the Coffee decoction and fold everything to form a smooth dough.
  5. Measure small balls of dough and shape it like a coffee bean as shown in the video.
  6. Use a skewer to make an indent in the center of the dough.
  7. Bake at 160 degrees for 8 minutes
