Eggless Oats and Biscoff Cake

Recipe- Eggless Oats and Biscoff Cake
Ingredients
- 60 g Yogurt
- 120 ml Milk
- 30 g Brown Sugar
- 50 ml Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 120 g Oats (ground into fine powder)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 100 g Biscoff Spread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°C and prepare a 5-inch pan.
- Grind the instant oats into a fine powder and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the oats powder and baking powder, mixing until you get a smooth batter.
- Melt the Biscoff spread slightly and fold it into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22–25 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Once baked, spread some additional Biscoff spread on top and garnish with a Biscoff biscuit.
- Slice and enjoy your delicious, eggless treat!
