Ingredients

  • 90 ml Milk
  • 10 ml Vinegar
  • 150 grams Castor Sugar
  • 80 grams Oil
  • 30 grams Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 160 grams Mango Pulp
  • 190 grams Refined Flour
  • 25 grams Custard Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. First, make the buttermilk by combining warm milk and vinegar.
  2. Next, add yogurt, sugar, and oil, and whisk everything together.
  3. Then, add lemon zest and mango pulp, and combine well.
  4. Finally, add the flour, custard powder, baking powder, and baking soda, and make a smooth batter.
  5. Pour the batter into a Bundt pan (you can also use a loaf pan or round baking pan).
  6. Bake at 180°C until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
