Ingredients

  • 90 g Dessicated Coconut
  • 100 g Condensed Milk
  • 35 g Flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 90–100 ml Milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix condensed milk and dessicated coconut.
  2. Add flour and baking powder.
  3. Add milk as needed to form a soft dough.
  4. Pipe the cookies on a silicon mat.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
